Being an empowered and informed customer puts you in a better position to make decisions and respond to notice of a foreclosure or eviction. If you have an FHA-insured Title II Single Family forward or Home Equity Conversion (reverse) mortgages, you are entitled to relief from being foreclosured upon or evicted from the property in question.
